Elio Vascular

AI copilot for every endovascular procedure.

Planning is still artisanal.

Every endovascular procedure needs a strategy: where to enter, how to cross the lesion, which devices to use. Today it lives in the specialist's head, and much of it is decided live, after the first angiogram.

Specialists we interviewed in the US, Switzerland, France and Italy spend 15 to 60 minutes preparing each case, mostly measuring by hand.

From scan to vessel map.

From a CT angiogram, CT or ultrasound, Elio builds an editable map of the vessels and measures every lesion: location, length, diameters, calcification.

Plan A. Plan B.

Access route, crossing approach, vessel preparation and treatment, with the evidence behind each. Elio prepares the alternatives. The specialist reviews and decides.

Right device, right size.

The plan becomes device specifications, checked against what the cath lab actually has in stock, before the day of the case. No brands, just the spec that fits.

A report that writes itself.

The operative report is pre-filled from the plan, the procedure images and the devices used, documenting what was done and why.

From leg to heart.

We start where planning is hardest: long, calcified lesions in vessels from 1 to 12 mm. Then every endovascular procedure, only as fast as we can validate on real cases.

Two founders. Eleven years of friendship.

We met in classe préparatoire in France and have built companies together since. Our first, Alta Health, taught us to build where software sits inside a step the clinician has to do anyway.

In discussions with leading vascular and interventional specialists in the US and Europe, including a first pilot on real lower-limb cases.

A copilot,
not an autopilot.
